today was a interesting day....
work out wise, i got in a 40min walk with domino this morning, then we did a late/night hike for an hr and 10 min, and ended the night before dinner with 12min and 27 sec of dance danceing on the wii.... total day work out = 2 hours 2 min and 27 sec, JUST making it lol
it was another successful and awesome girls night....
we went hiking, and due to leaving and arriving at the trail late, on our way back down we had to use flash lights, because it was dark, and scary and with balla jumping to every sound through the bushes, it made me jump - and i was the furthest back....
we made it up in about 30 min, at the top we spent some time exercising and celebrating we made it lol, and took us about 25 min to get down, in the dark, but at least couple of us had flashlights,
another note, hiking with a busted ankle, though wrapped, is not fun when the coming down from the hike is 90% down hill....
i need this ankle to heal, please
us girls came home, hung out and tried some brazillian snacks - mmmmm
alright im off to bed - looking forward to a nice walk with domino tomorrow, gym time with hurricane and some swim time - hope its hot enough, i want to get some laps in....
